GLOW | Walk Through the Blue Hour Together

Prompt

Use VIFE Lite to design a three-page A4 English invitation and run pack for GLOW, a fictional city night-walk event: page 1, invitation and event concept; page 2, run of show, preparation checklist, and rain and night-time safety; page 3, accessibility, contact details and feedback. Leave the location, date and contact person as blanks to fill in, clearly mark it as a fictional event template, use midnight blue, warm white and a restrained neon yellow, and deliver an editable DOCX.

GLOW — Invitation and Run Pack (fictional event template)

You're invited to GLOW

A three-kilometre night-walk through the city — lantern light, quiet streets and short stories after dark. One evening, in small groups, at walking pace.

The invitation

Dear [GUEST NAME],

Please join us for GLOW, a guided night-walk through the city on [DATE]. We meet at [LOCATION] at [START TIME], and set off in small groups as the light goes down.

The walk is about three kilometres at a conversational pace, with short pauses at six lit waypoints. There is no rush and no finish line — just a city seen slowly, after dark.

Please reply to [CONTACT PERSON] by [RSVP DATE] to hold a place. Places are limited, and the walk goes ahead in most weather.

Warmly,

The GLOW team

The concept

GLOW — invitation and run pack · three A4 pages · editable .docx

  • Page 1 — Invitation and event concept: the invitation letter, the idea behind the night-walk, and an "At a glance" table (date, start time, meeting point, route, duration, group size, contact).
  • Page 2 — Run of show, preparation and safety: a T-minus run-of-show table with who leads each step, a two-column preparation checklist for walkers and crew, an "If it rains" plan, and night-time safety rules.
  • Page 3 — Accessibility, contact and feedback: step-free route and access provisions, a contact table, and three feedback questions with an online form field.

Design: midnight blue (#0B1B3F) for headings and body text, warm white (#FAF6EE) for panels and field fills, and neon yellow used only as accents — the header rule, panel edge bars, table header underlines and bullet marks. Running header on every page, footer with "Page X of 3".

Blanks to fill in: every field appears as a visible [BRACKETED] blank in bold midnight blue with a dotted neon underline — including [LOCATION], [DATE] and [CONTACT PERSON], plus 23 further fields (times, email, phone, on-the-night number, access contact, feedback link and so on). Use Word's Find & Replace to fill them.

Fictional-event marking: the header reads "FICTIONAL EVENT TEMPLATE" on every page, a warm-white notice box on page 1 states the event is not real and nothing is a booking, and a closing note repeats it on page 3.

Verification note: I checked structure and layout by calculation — A4 with 18 mm side margins, two hard page breaks giving three sections, and estimated page fill of roughly 79% / 93% / 88%, measured with a fallback font that is wider than Calibri so the estimate errs on the high side. No renderer was available in the sandbox, so I could not inspect rendered pixels; please open it once in Word to confirm your local font substitution looks right.
