Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what information Vife processes, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 21, 2026 · Version 2026-08-21

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how VIFE Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Vife’s websites, applications, AI agents, browser companion, desktop application, support, and related services. VIFE Inc., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of personal information covered by this Policy unless another notice says otherwise.

2. Information you provide

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, settings, and referral information.
  • Prompts, messages, tool calls, generated outputs, projects, files, presentations, scheduled tasks, feedback, and other content you submit or create.
  • Connected-account selections, OAuth permissions, publishing settings, recipients, audiences, and confirmations needed to perform an action you request.
  • Communications with support, billing, safety, or legal teams, including any attachments and contact details you provide.

3. Information collected automatically

We collect device and browser type, operating system, language, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, requested URLs, referral source, campaign attribution, session and cookie identifiers, crash and performance data, security events, feature interactions, and usage metadata. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a feature clearly asks for permission and you grant it.

When you deliberately use an authorized browser, desktop, connector, upload, or automation feature, we process the page context, selected files, command details, and action results needed to complete and audit that request. Vife does not obtain permission to use unrelated accounts, pages, or data merely because software is installed.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Stripe collects and processes full payment-card, bank-account, and payment-authentication details on its hosted payment surfaces. Vife does not receive or store full card or bank-account numbers. We receive Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, payment and subscription status, plan and billing interval, amounts, currency, tax, limited billing details, fraud signals, refund and dispute status, and related records needed to administer purchases.

5. Sources of information

We receive information from you, your device, authentication and connected services you choose, Stripe, service providers working for us, referral partners, and publicly available sources that you ask the Service to access. Connected services provide only information allowed by the permissions you approve and their own policies.

7. AI processing and service providers

To answer a request, Vife may send the relevant prompt, file, context, and settings to AI, search, media-generation, storage, or processing providers selected for that task. We limit the data to what is reasonably needed and contract with providers under applicable data-protection terms. Provider availability and routing may change.

Vife does not use private user content to train a generalized foundation model unless we first provide clear notice and obtain consent. We may use limited operational data, feedback you choose to submit, and de-identified or aggregated information to evaluate and improve reliability, safety, and product experience.

8. Google user data and Limited Use

If you connect Google, Vife accesses only the Google data and scopes you authorize for the feature you request, which may include Gmail messages and attachments, Drive files, Calendar events, or YouTube channel, video, playlist, and upload data. We use that data only to provide or improve the user-facing feature you requested, maintain security, and comply with law.

Vife AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Restricted Google user data used in AI-assisted workflows may be sent to one or more contracted AI processing and routing providers selected by Vife’s current runtime configuration, solely to perform the user-facing feature you request. Google user data does not cause Vife to substitute a separate model, and sessions containing that data are prevented from using unrelated search, media-generation, browser-automation, non-Google connector, cloud-save, or persistent-output tools. Vife and its processors may not use Google user data for advertising, generalized model training, or unrelated purposes. Human access is prohibited except with your affirmative agreement for a specific purpose, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Google OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access tokens are used only while needed for authorized requests. Limited logs needed for security and abuse monitoring are retained for no more than 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or an active investigation. You can revoke Vife’s Google access from Vife settings or your Google Account.

9. Analytics, cookies, and advertising

Vife uses necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, security, and service operation. Our first-party analytics records bounded campaign fields and a sanitized referring host and path; it does not intentionally record arbitrary query strings, prompts, messages, or generated content.

After a page loads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Hotjar may collect cookie or device identifiers, page and interaction data, and advertising attribution, depending on configuration and your browser settings. Agent-workspace content is suppressed in Hotjar recordings. These activities may be considered targeted advertising or “sharing” under some privacy laws, even though Vife does not sell personal information for money.

You can restrict cookies through your browser and use provider opt-out controls. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other features. You may also contact info@vife.ai to exercise an applicable opt-out right.

10. When we disclose information

We disclose information to infrastructure, hosting, storage, email, customer-support, security, analytics, advertising, payment, AI, search, media, and connector providers that process it for us; to connected services when you direct an action; to professional advisers; to authorities or others when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale. We may also disclose information with your direction or consent.

11. International data transfers

Vife and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

12. Data retention

We retain account and user content while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Retention then depends on the data and purpose: transaction and tax records may be kept for legal periods; security, fraud, dispute, and abuse records for the relevant risk or claim period; support records while needed to resolve and document a request; and backups until overwritten on their normal cycle. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and technical limitations.

13. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive connector credentials at rest, logging, and service isolation. No system is completely secure. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will investigate and notify affected people and authorities when required by law.

14. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; and appeal a denied request. You may update certain information and disconnect integrations in settings. To make another request, email info@vife.ai. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent where law allows. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.

15. Account deletion

You can request permanent account deletion in Settings. We require password verification or an email code, immediately restrict the account, disconnect access, and complete deletion through a background process. Some records may remain where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or law. A privacy-preserving one-way signal used to prevent repeated free-trial abuse may survive deletion and cannot be used to recover your email or payment details.

16. Children

Vife is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact info@vife.ai so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

17. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as our Service or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@vife.ai. For legal notices, contact legal@vife.ai or write to VIFE Inc., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
