Terms of Service

VIFE Inc., located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, operates Vife. In these Terms, “Vife,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VIFE Inc.

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you use Vife for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, use only accounts and systems you are authorized to access, and promptly tell us at info@vife.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Vife provides AI-assisted research, browsing, content generation, file creation, automation, scheduled tasks, connected-service actions, and related tools. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to content produced for others. You must review outputs and proposed actions before relying on, publishing, or executing them.

The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable and for obtaining any required human review, permissions, disclosures, and licenses.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Vife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, transform, display, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, and carry out your instructions. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups, and content shared with others.

As between you and Vife, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use generated outputs for your lawful purposes. Outputs may not be unique, and Vife does not promise that an output is protectable or does not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for your inputs, outputs, and use of both.

You must follow our Content Policy and applicable law. You may not use Vife to harm people, exploit or endanger minors, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, create or distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, evade safeguards, commit fraud, impersonate deceptively, send spam, or facilitate illegal activity.

When you connect an account, install the browser companion, or ask an agent to act, you authorize Vife to access the data and take only the actions you select or confirm. You must have permission to use the relevant account, device, data, and destination. Review recipients, audience, prices, files, permissions, and other material details before confirming an external action.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and may change or stop their integrations. Your use of YouTube through Vife is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. The plan, billing interval, price, currency, taxes, and first or next charge date shown in Stripe Checkout or your account control your purchase. Prices and currency conversions may change for future billing periods after notice where required by law.

Eligible first-time Plus subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required, the amount due today is zero, and 3,000 credits are added when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the first charge date shown in Checkout, Stripe will automatically charge the monthly or annual price you selected when the trial ends. Trial eligibility is limited and may be verified using account, payment, email, and privacy-preserving device signals.

You authorize Vife and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes, and authorized purchases. If a payment fails, we may retry it, request an updated payment method, limit paid features, or end the subscription.

You can cancel in account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period or, during a trial, at the end of the trial. You keep eligible access until that time. Cancel before the specific first charge date displayed to avoid the first subscription charge. Deleting the app or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

Credits are limited, revocable units used to access eligible Vife features. They have no cash value, are not money or property, and may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed. Credit cost varies by feature, model, and request. Annual plans receive their included credit allowance monthly unless the purchase screen says otherwise.

Unused credits remain in your account unless a specific expiration is shown when they are granted. Credits may be removed when an account is deleted or closed, when the related charge is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, or when they were obtained through error, fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Our Refund Policy explains trial charges, duplicate charges, billing errors, service-failure reviews, non-refundable fees, and how approved refunds affect credits and subscriptions. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Vife and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials we provide, excluding your content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

You may stop using Vife at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, respond to legal requirements, prevent fraud or abuse, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may add, change, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage limits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not exclude warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vife will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Vife’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Vife for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including certain consumer rights, fraud, or willful misconduct.

If you use Vife on behalf of a business or organization, that entity will defend and indemnify Vife against third-party claims arising from its unlawful content, unauthorized actions, or material violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Vife. This section does not apply to individual consumers where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except for claims eligible for small-claims court or a forum required by non-waivable consumer law, disputes must be brought in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the federal courts in the District of Wyoming, and each party consents to those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact legal@vife.ai so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post the new version and update the effective date, and we will provide additional notice for material changes when required.
