Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to prompts, files, generated outputs, agent actions, connected accounts, shared content, and every other use of Vife. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, instructions, and outputs comply with this Policy, our Terms, third-party rules, and applicable law.

• Illegal activity or content that meaningfully facilitates crime, physical harm, self-harm, terrorism, trafficking, weapons misuse, or evasion of lawful controls.
• Sexual exploitation or abuse, sexual content involving minors, grooming, non-consensual intimate content, or any attempt to sexualize a minor.
• Hate, harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, or dehumanizing content targeting a person or protected group.
• Malware, credential theft, destructive code, unauthorized access, surveillance, security-control evasion, or instructions primarily intended to compromise a system or person.
• Spam, deceptive engagement, fraudulent schemes, phishing, fake reviews, coordinated manipulation, or high-impact decisions made without appropriate lawful safeguards.
• Collection, exposure, inference, or misuse of personal, confidential, biometric, authentication, financial, or health information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
• Copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights violations, including unauthorized impersonation or deceptive synthetic media.
• Attempts to bypass Vife safeguards, usage limits, access controls, moderation, payment requirements, or technical restrictions.

Use browser, desktop, connector, publishing, scheduling, and automation features only with accounts, systems, content, and data that you own or are authorized to use. Do not ask an agent to exceed your permission. You must review material details—including recipients, audience, files, prices, permissions, disclosures, and irreversible effects—before confirming an external action.

Do not rely on Vife as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person’s eligibility, rights, access, employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, medical care, legal status, or other high-impact outcome. Qualified human review, testing, disclosures, consent, and an appeal path may be required. AI outputs can be wrong and must be independently checked.

Protect passwords, API keys, tokens, and private files. Do not place secrets or third-party personal data into Vife unless it is necessary, authorized, and appropriate for the task. If you discover a vulnerability, do not exploit it or access other users’ data; report it privately to info@vife.ai with enough detail for us to investigate.

We may use automated systems and human review where appropriate to investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, context, history, and legal obligations, we may warn you, block a request, remove or restrict content, limit features, revoke credits, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant evidence, or report conduct to authorities. We may act immediately when reasonably necessary to prevent harm or protect the Service.

Report suspected violations or appeal an enforcement decision by emailing info@vife.ai. Include the account email, relevant session or content link, the decision or conduct at issue, and any context you want us to consider. We will review complete reports as practicable, but do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time. Repeated abusive or fraudulent reports may themselves violate this Policy.

Vife may be used only by people who are at least 18 years old. We may update this Policy as risks, capabilities, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required.
