Content Team | 8-Week Publishing Plan

Prompt

Create an 8-week publishing plan XLSX for a fictional content team: 24 pieces across 3 channels, recording date, topic, format, owner role, status and asset deadline; automatically calculate the on-time rate and weekly and channel coverage, flag overdue items with conditional formatting, and provide an editable weekly view and a publishing volume chart. Four worksheets, all labeled "Simulated data · Not real operations". Write all content, headings, labels, sheet names and file names in English.

Status: the workbook is built and its numbers check out — 24 pieces over 8 weeks, on-time rate 88.9% (8 of 9 delivered), 3 overdue items, weekly and channel coverage tables all recomputing correctly, and the stacked volume chart is wired to a live source table.

Two things remain before I hand it over. A layout audit (no spreadsheet renderer exists in this sandbox, so I'm checking text fit deterministically) found one clipped label in the plan header, which I'm fixing now; then I publish the file and report the exact verification coverage, including that pixel-level rendering could not be performed here.
