Diagnosing Bugs

Work through hard bugs and performance regressions with a disciplined diagnosis loop instead of guessing. You get a tight, fast, deterministic pass/fail signal that goes red on your exact symptom, then a minimised repro, ranked falsifiable hypotheses, targeted instrumentation, a fix with a regression test, and a cleanup pass. Secrets are redacted from anything shown, and if no reliable loop can be built, you are told what was tried and what is needed.

Try it

  • Diagnose this bug: our checkout endpoint throws a 500 only for some users, and I can't reproduce it locally.
  • Debug this performance regression — the dashboard page got noticeably slower after the last deploy.
  • This test fails intermittently, maybe one run in twenty. Help me build a loop that reproduces it reliably and find the cause.
