What to leave out of the block

Version labels matter more than they sound. The moment you edit the sentence, you have created a new object. Shots made before and after that edit are not directly comparable, and without a label you will not remember which was which.

Step 3: Paste the block unchanged, edit only the scene line

Step 4: Log which block version produced which shot
