Unsere Verpflichtung zum Schutz deiner Privatsphäre und deiner Daten spiegelt sich in dieser Datenschutzerklärung wider. Sie beschreibt, wie wir „personenbezogene Daten" – also Informationen, die dich identifizieren, wie deinen Namen oder deine E-Mail-Adresse – erheben und verarbeiten. Alle anderen Informationen gelten als „nicht personenbezogene Daten". Werden personenbezogene und nicht personenbezogene Daten gemeinsam gespeichert, behandeln wir diese Kombination insgesamt als personenbezogene Daten.

Mit „Dienste" von Vife AI meinen wir in dieser Erklärung unsere Website, Apps sowie weitere Produkte und Leistungen. Diese Erklärung gilt für alle unsere Dienste, die auf diese Datenschutzerklärung verweisen oder sie anzeigen. Für Drittanbieterdienste, die wir integrieren, gelten deren eigene Datenschutzrichtlinien.

Vife AI does not collect biometric identifiers through the TikTok integration. Disconnecting a service or closing an account does not necessarily remove every record immediately; retention, revocation, and deletion choices are described below.

When you connect Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or YouTube, Vife AI receives only the data covered by the permissions you approve. Depending on the connector, this may include basic Google account identity; Gmail messages, threads, recipients, attachments, drafts, labels, and mailbox state; Drive file and folder content, metadata, owners, permissions, and shared-drive information; Calendar names, events, attendees, times, locations, conferencing details, and free/busy availability; and YouTube channel, video, playlist, status, statistics, and user-selected upload data.

Vife AI uses that data only to complete actions you direct in a conversation: search, read, compose, send, label, or change mailbox state in Gmail; list, read, download, export, create, update, copy, organize, share, or delete Drive items; list, search, create, update, or delete Calendar events and check availability; and identify a YouTube channel, list video information, or upload a user-selected video with the settings you provide.

For Google-connected workflows that require AI processing, Vife's server-side policy permits only the OpenAI API Platform through a direct official endpoint and does not allow an AI aggregator or alternate model-provider fallback. Vife does not opt this Google-data path into provider data sharing or model training. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless a customer explicitly opts in; its standard API service may retain abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under its data controls. Once Google API data is present in a conversation, Vife permanently protects that conversation and blocks attachment analysis, external web or image search, web reading, and media-generation tools that could forward raw or derived Google data to another provider. Vife's backend and contracted infrastructure providers process Google user data only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the connector feature you requested. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to create, train, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.

OAuth credentials stored by Vife's production connector system are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Google data returned in a conversation may remain in that conversation history until you delete the conversation or request deletion of your account data. Other connector records are kept only as reasonably needed to provide the feature, maintain security, comply with law, or resolve disputes.

To stop new access, disconnect the connector in Vife AI Settings under Connectors. You can also revoke Vife AI in Google Security Settings. Revocation stops future Google API access but does not automatically remove data already saved in a conversation; delete the relevant conversation or email info@vife.ai from your account email address to request deletion or account closure. Vife AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google API Services User Data Policy.

If you choose to connect TikTok, TikTok provides the basic profile fields allowed by your authorization, such as your TikTok account identifier, display name, and avatar, together with OAuth access and refresh tokens. Vife AI uses this information to identify the connected account, maintain the authorized connection, and display the account to you.

When you explicitly ask Vife AI in a conversation to upload a draft or publish a video, we process the video or its public media URL and the settings you select, which may include a caption and hashtags, privacy level, comment, duet and stitch choices, commercial-content disclosures, and an AI-generated-content label. We use this data only to prepare the requested action, show you what will be sent, obtain your confirmation, submit it to TikTok, and check its status.

After you confirm the action, Vife AI sends the selected video or media URL and publishing settings to TikTok through TikTok's APIs. TikTok processes that data under its own privacy policy and platform rules. Vife AI does not use the TikTok connection to upload or publish content without your instruction.

We retain TikTok OAuth tokens while the connection is configured and retain linked profile, request, and status records only as reasonably needed to provide the integration, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Disconnecting TikTok in Vife AI disables the stored authorization for new connector actions, but it may not revoke authorization within TikTok or immediately delete required records. You may also revoke Vife AI in your TikTok account settings.

You can disconnect Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, or another connected service from Vife AI to stop new connector actions, and you can separately revoke the authorization in that service's account settings.

To request access, correction, or deletion of stored OAuth tokens, linked Google, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account information, connector request data, or other personal information associated with your Vife AI account, email info@vife.ai from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements, and will remove it when it is no longer required.
